What is an ASME Storage Tank?
A Cryogenic Storage Vessel is used to store and transport liquefied gases, such as nitrogen, oxygen, argon, helium, and hydrogen, at extremely low temperatures.
It meets all of the ASME standards throughout the design, manufacturing, and testing process.
ASME Storage Tank Construction
Vacuum-insulated double wall tanks consist of two concentric vessels connected by an austenitic inner tank and carbon steel outer jacket, with anti-corrosion primer and special environmental sealant on its exterior surface.
To maintain a vacuum in the insulation interspace, the interspace is evacuated and filled with perlite insulation powder, while an adsorbent is added for vacuum maintenance.

At DSW, we employ certified welders, pipe-fitters, and quality control inspectors who meet NDE (X-ray, Dye Pen, PMI, Hardness, and PWHT) requirements according to project specifications.
Training and refreshers are conducted annually as per ISO 9001 standards.
