The main function is to fill and store low temperature liquid.

  • Various Sizes: Liquid gas storage tanks come in a range of sizes, from small portable units to large stationary tanks, to meet different storage needs.
  • Multiple Gas Compatibility: These tanks can store various types of cryogenic liquids, making them versatile for different industrial applications.

Cryogenic Liquid Tanks

Cryogenic liquid tanks store liquefied gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, and argon at extremely low temperatures.
The tanks come in various sizes and capacities depending on the specific application.
DSW offers cryogenic liquid tanks for oxygen, nitrogen, and argon gas with capacities ranging from 3,000 to > 100,000 litres and standard working pressures of 18, 22, or 36 bar.

  • 1. CRYO liquid tanks include liquid oxygen tanks, liquid nitrogen tanks, liquid argon tanks, liquid Nitrogen Oxide tanks, and liquid carbon dioxide tanks.
  • 2. Tank capacity: 2M3~350M3.
  • 3. Tank pressure: 8bar, 16bar or based on user requirement.
  • 4. CRYO storage tank certificate: GB, ASME, CE
  • 5. Type: Vertical/Horizontal

Cryogenic liquid tanks for liquid nitrogen products are most popular in India, Pakistan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brazil, Russia, Mexico, the United States, Turkey, and Germany.

Construction

The tanks are designed to be cylindrical and vertical in shape, with a super vacuum double perlite insulated system.
The cryogenic liquid storage tank consists of two outer and inner tanks. The inner tank is made of stainless steel 304L (X5 CrNi 18-10) & design code EN13458, While the outer one is made of CARBON STEEL & design code EN13458.
The gap between tanks is filled with perlite aggregation and superinsulation using vacuum technology.
The tanks are also equipped with instrumentation and equipment such as valves, pressure indicators, and level indicators.

A complete range of bulk cryogenic storage tanks and solutions deliver proven reliability, reduced maintenance, and the lowest cost of ownership for the full spectrum of liquefied gases. Trailers, semi-trailers, swap bodies, liquid tube trailers and railcars for safe and efficient distribution of non-flammable and flammable liquid gases.
