The Manufacturing of Cryogenic Vessels

Design of Cryogenic Pressure Vessels

Using specific design parameters, we engineer cryogenic pressure vessels to store gases safely at temperatures as low as -196 °C. Manufactured in China, these tanks, pressure vessels, and vaporizers meet strict international standards, including CODE 2000, EN 13458, EN 13530, ADR 2009, and ASME Section codes.

The vessels feature a dual-tank design: an inner tank constructed from stainless steel 304L (X5 CrNi 18-10) in accordance with EN 13458 standards, and an outer tank made of carbon steel. The annular space between the tanks is filled with perlite insulation and reinforced with high-vacuum technology for superior thermal performance.

Cryogenic Liquid Tanks

Cryogenic liquid tanks store gases in liquid form and are customized to meet specific pressure requirements. They feature an inner tank made of stainless steel 304L (X5CrNi18-10 according to DIN 10028-7 or equivalent) and built to EN 13530‑2002 standards. The outer tank is made of carbon steel and also complies with EN 13530:2002 standards.

These tanks maintain precise pressure conditions while safely storing both liquid and gas phases. DURA LIQUID CYLINDERS

DSW offers a complete line of Dura liquid cylinders. The Dura liquid cylinder is designed to transport, store and deliver oxygen, nitrogen, and argon as a cryogenic liquid or gas. CRYOGENIC PUMPS

Our cryogenic pumps handle oxygen, nitrogen, and argon liquids directly from storage tanks. They compress these liquids to high pressure and then support the vaporization process. In this stage, an ambient air vaporizer converts the compressed liquids into gases.

After vaporization, the high-pressure gas flows into cylinders through a manifold or directly into a customer’s pipeline. This flexibility ensures efficient gas distribution for industrial, medical, and research applications.
